Kingdom, WC1N 2BF or its affiliated companies (collectively, "we", "us", or "our") collect, use, share and
otherwise process your data in connection with your use of Nothing Warp, our app and Chrome extension
(collectively, "Nothing Warp" or "Services").

- Identity and Authentication Data: When you use the Nothing Warp, you will be asked to sign
in with your Google account on both your Android phone and computer. We collect basic Google account
information necessary to authenticate your identity and ensure that the same account is used on both
devices.

operating system version, browser type and version, and application version to ensure compatibility and
proper functioning of the Application.
- Usage Information: We may collect information about how you use the Application,
including frequency of use, types of files transferred (file extensions only, not file names or
contents), and error logs to improve the functionality and performance of the Services.
- Time and Time Zone: The current time and time zone are collected during processing to
enhance the accuracy of our Service.
- Basic Information (such as your region and language): The language of your device's
interface is collected to determine the appropriate output language.
Please note that we do not collect, store, access, or process the actual files or content you transfer using
the Nothing Warp. Your files are transferred directly between your devices via your personal Google Drive, and
we have no access to or control over the content of these files.
2. How We Use Your Data

- authenticate your identity and verify that you are using the same Google account on both devices;
- facilitate the connection between your devices through your Google Drive;
- improve performance, reliability, and user experience;
- troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer support;

provide the Services.
3. Data Storage and Transfer
3.1 Retention period
Data sent to our servers is temporarily stored for processing. Once processing is complete, all data is
permanently deleted. We will store your data only to the extent as necessary for the proper business needs
of our company (e.g., for the purposes of providing the Services to you, except where we are complying with
applicable laws or regulations.
3.2 Regional Processing:
- All data is processed on servers located in Belgium.
We may transfer your personal data to service providers that carry out certain functions on our behalf. This
may involve transferring personal data outside the UK to countries which have laws that do not provide the
same level of data protection as the UK law. Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK to
service providers, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring that adequate
